In order to participate in the activities of the Society of Oriental Liturgy — including, but not limited to, attendance at congresses, receipt of newsletters, and the submission of scholarly papers — prospective members are required to submit a formal application for membership. Membership in the Society is reserved for individuals with relevant academic education and professional experience in the field. Each application will be carefully reviewed by the Board of the Society, and applicants will be notified of the Board’s decision within two weeks of submission.
Submission of an application does not in itself guarantee admission.
